Counseling
Angie Carter is a Certified Reciprocal Alcohol and Drug counselor who provides individualized outpatient sessions for drug & alcohol problems as well as codependency issues in the Jefferson City, Missouri area. Sessions may include but are not limited to addiction education: the disease concept, progression and relapse prevention. Anger management, feelings work and parts therapy (inner child) are also available. Adult Child Syndrome issues(growing up in an alcoholic home) can also be addressed.
SAP Evaluations
Angie is a certified SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) and provides assessments and follow-up sessions for individuals who are employed by or are under DOT (Department of Transportation) guidelines and are mandated to be assessed by a qualified SAP. Based on the assessment she will make the necessary recommendation and referral if necessary. Please contact Angie if you have any questions pertaining to a SAP evaluation/assessment.

Angie has been writing a monthly column about addiction, recovery, family issues, and codependency since 2009.
